#for example one of my friends got a nokia bh-604 and first he tried it with a sony ericsson phone but the background noise, while driving, was horrible, then he got an iphone and was ok). I'm a driver and sometimes I talk for 12 hours in a row so if u talk that much is one of the best solutions for u. The real test is to use while driving because that's when u can find the quality of the sound. It paired good with my nokia phones.
I've been using this kind of headset for 3 years now. I think every headset will work fine in a quiet enviroment so test it on the road. One of the things I observed is that the quality of the sound depends not only by the headset but by the phone too. I'm buying my third one now so I can say I'm pretty pleased by it.
My advice is to try any headset u want to buy before u actually buy it(maybe from a friend that already has it#. So in conclusion the key is to find the headset that pairs without problems with your phone. The best feature is the AAA battery and the long talk time it gets u. As for the durability I can tell u it's about a year if u talk like me.
But the device will give many hours (>20 hrs talk time)of quality sound until the weak battery becomes a factor. The reception seems a bit weak at times so it's important to keep have a fresh battery. Overall this is a very good product. This is an excellent product especially for someone like myself who travels a lot. I don't have to haul around a charger.
I have noticed that most Bluetooth headsets use rechargeable batteries which not only have a limited number of charges, but deny you the use of your headset when it is time to charge the battery. Talk and standby times are also fantastic. While I can't speak from the standpoint of having owned more than one Bluetooth headset, I can say that this headset is a very good product. That is not the case with this headset; just put in a fresh battery, and you're good to go. I would easily recommend this Bluetooth Headset to anyone wanting a good product at a reasonable price. I have a substantial hearing loss in the upper and middle ranges of my hearing and still I find that this headset does a outstanding job of reproducing clear sound. One of the biggest single reasons that I bought it in the first place is that it uses common AAA-batteries.
Recommend to all. I've been using it daily for over a year without having to change the battery. Inexpensive with good sound quality making it a great gift idea. Uses AAA battery for convenience.
I've never figured out how to use the "three" buttons to mute or try call waiting, maybe a different model will work better. I still haven't figured out the other mystery beeps other than low battery. I bought this when I got my Razr last year and at first it worked okay. Still, the only thing I expected was to not have to use a wired headset and that part did work here. Gets static-y at times but I think that is the Razr instead of the headset. It still falls off my ear on a regular basis and I have to find wherever it gets tangled in my hair. The main button also doesn't work half the time to disconnect, reconnect or answer a call and I have to replace it already.
